We are a registered charity established for the purposes of helping victims who have been
mistreated and had their human rights violated by public authorities and other organisations. We focus on cases where in the course of exercising their powers, local authorities and other authoritative bodies have infringed or violated various Human Rights of members of the public, public servants and others contrary to legal rights afforded by the Law.

We challenge public authorities to ensure their internal procedures are consistent with human rights and examine whether they have been observed in the correct manner in each case presented to us.

In cases we consider there to have been serious or repeated infringements of Human Rights, we may request further information and data from the organisation in question to investigate further and ask the organisation to make such amendments in their internal procedures and protocols as is found necessary. Where the organisation inadequately justifies refusal to make the requested or proposed amendments, we take any action available to protect the rights of others who may be vulnerable.

We organise peaceful protests, public processions, campaigns and petitions, and have links with the media to enable us to draw public attention to the underlying issues where we may feel it is in the public interest.

We are continuously working on a number of cases for victims who have been treated in the most undignified way and we have identified a clear need for this service. We found victims are less likely to know what to do, or take any action due to extensive costs of advice and litigation in this area of law, and some cases can take years to resolve. Our service has been established to overcome this obstacle in the way of promoting and affording easy access to our Human Rights.

We offer equal opportunities training and diversity training to all local authorities, companies, regulatory bodies and organisations.
